As first time homebuyers we didn't know what to expect form the house buying process. We met Jenn at an open house while we were still in our “just looking” phase. About three months later, in a neighborhood we were seriously considering , we ran into Jenn at another open house. We remembered Jenn and decided we would see what she should show us. We put our home on the market in 2010 in the midst of a buyer’s market. We chose Joaquin as our agent because of his energy, and he didn’t disappoint! Joaquin quickly brought in items to stage our home and supplied contractors to help out with needed repairs. He held open houses for us, marketed our home using several different media, and answered all of our questions promptly. We were thrilled when our home sold! Then, the night before the buyers’ final inspection, our air conditioning unit quit working. We called Joaquin in a panic.
