I was pretty nervous about taking on a house, but Zach Schabot was exactly what I needed. At the beginning of 2009, my wife and I decided we would like to expand and move into a larger home, due to a growing family.
We turned to Robin Evans to advice us on how to prepare to sell our house and buy another.

Robin jumped on board voraciously with a lot of dedication and a very friendly and calming nature that helped us sell our house in less than 50 days (at the peak of the market slump in the summer of 2009). Specifically Robin herself did landscaping and many other detailed beautification efforts around our house, while at the same time helping us scope out our competition, to see the things we needed to do to make our house sell faster than our competition.

We are indebted to Robin for all the efforts she put in the sale, all the visits to see the many homes at the time it came to buy another home and her patient nature that calmed all our anxiety in the sell then buy process.

Simply put, she is the best you can hope for in a Realtor. Plus you may get a lot of interior and exterior decoration tips along the way, to help you sell your house faster as well as help you decide on a house to buy.

Working with Michelle Meyer was a refreshing experience!  She is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and insightful.  She took the time to understand what we were looking for and did her best to find the perfect home for us.  Being long distance shoppers (living in NY while purchasing in NC), Michelle was very accomodating, making plans for us to look at homes on short notice and previewing homes for us to help us avoid unnecessary trips.  I cannot say enough – Michelle knows her business, and goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide superior service to her clients.

When we first started thinking about buying a house, we smugly thought we would not need a buyer’s agent.  “We can do it all ourselves!” we said.  HAH!  Very quickly we realized what a silly thought that was, and the next day we were referred to Michelle Meyer.  I remember our friend saying “You’re going to love her, she’s so down to earth and patient…”  Well, he was so right!  Michelle could very well be the most patient person I’ve ever dealt with.  We were very picky about what we were looking for, and she very calmly and very professionally handled all my “Nope, let’s go’s” when the very outside of a house was not what I wanted.  We looked at about 100 houses before finding the perfect, and I mean perfect, house.  We have referred Michelle twice now, and will continue to do so!

Working with Paige Coker was a wonderful experience for the McDonald family. Being a first time home buyer is both exciting and scary at the same time, but working with Paige made the process very smooth. We told her our budget and what type of home we were looking for and she delivered. Paige did her research with the other homes in the community to help us come up with an offer. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient.  We love our home and the community we live in. Looking in from the outside we would’ve never thought we would be able to afford a home in this community right now, but with Paige by our side she got us in our dream home…..
